03. Order status, I have not received a tracking number

Even if you have not received a tracking number, it is possible that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are sent by 5 PM every day.

Please allow normal processing time before inquiring about order status. This is usually 1 day. Additionally, we do not ship on weekends.

Same-day shipping time

Same-day shipping refers to the time period in which we ship the order, not the delivery time.

Any orders placed before noon, central time, (GMT -6) will be shipped out the same day.

Shipping time is then determined by the shipping service you select at checkout.
